Spring is the sweet spot for A/C maintenance. Before the summer heat gets serious, this is exactly when you want someone checking your system - not when it's already 95 degrees and your unit decides to quit on you.

On this call, we ran a full maintenance check and found the condenser fan motor had given out. That's one of those parts that doesn't give you a lot of warning. The fan motor is what keeps the condenser unit from overheating while it's running. When it goes, the whole system can shut down - or worse, keep trying to run and cause bigger damage. We pulled the old motor out, laid everything out, and swapped in a quality OEM replacement along with a new dual-run capacitor rated at 440/370V. Everything tested clean before we buttoned it back up.

Here's why spring maintenance matters - a system that's been sitting all winter can have issues you won't catch until it's already failing. Catching a worn motor or a weak capacitor now costs a fraction of what an emergency call in July will run you. And that's before you factor in the discomfort of waiting days for a repair during peak season when every tech in town is slammed.

We're running a spring A/C tune-up special right now - full maintenance for just $59.99, plus 15% off any repairs needed. We're locally owned, licensed, and insured. Give us a call at (708) 582-1889 to get on the schedule before summer kicks in.
